Words came first.
English and the school debating team gave my interest in expression and storytelling an early home.
2006–2026 · Celebrating 20 years in media
I’m Crandall Régy. You probably know me as Cranberry. Storyteller, host, producer, mixologist, and a Dominican woman with plenty more to share.
The stories. The flavours. The possibilities.
Welcome to my world.

My story
Before the newsroom, there was a top English student and a school debater with a love of words. In 2006, fresh out of college, I began my professional media career. Twenty years later, I’m still following the story.
English and the school debating team gave my interest in expression and storytelling an early home.
I started as a news reporter and presenter at SAT Telecommunications, then expanded my work through entertainment writing for PartyDominica and work with Dominica Source.
My journey includes being a correspondent for the Dominica Post and a radio personality at Kairi FM, connecting with audiences in different ways.
From TEMPO’s representative in Dominica and hosting local programming to serving as head of programming and acquisitions, I worked on both sides of the screen.
I created a space for my voice, artist conversations, original productions, travel, food and Caribbean culture. Work has also reached audiences through TEMPO and Digicel.
This home connects my storytelling, businesses and reflections. Twenty years in, there is still so much I want to share.
“To that girl on the school debating team, with her love of English and plenty to say: look where that voice has taken us.”
